I recently visited Rural Candela Y Plata, a charming hotel set in a peaceful village. For those contemplating a stay, I'd recommend opting for a room with a view - the extra cost is justified by the stunning scenery. The property itself boasts comfortable and clean accommodations with a high-quality finish, including parquet floors that added a lovely touch to the room. Though there's no traditional reception, I found the access code system worked seamlessly, ensuring we could come and go without hassle. The staff, two lovely ladies, were incredibly helpful, especially when it came time to navigate the local cycling routes. While there's only one dining spot in town, it turns out to be quite good, and the breakfast offered at the hotel itself was satisfying. Plus, they provide free Wi-Fi and on-site car parking, making the experience quite convenient overall. It's a nice balance of luxury and value, perfect for those wanting to immerse themselves in nature while still enjoying modern comforts.
